Processing & Shipping Schedule

Business Days Only: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Processing Time: Orders take 1-2 business days to process after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Free Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders, with delivery in 3-5 business days.
Valid for shipments to all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may require additional time based on location.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to deliver your order promptly.

Note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or on Christmas Day (12/25).

Damaged or Defective Items

Items can be replaced within 30 days if they are defective or damaged.
Replacements are not eligible for exchange or additional claims.

Lost or Opened Packages

If your package is lost or arrives opened, we will file a claim with the carrier.
Based on the claim outcome, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Please ensure you provide a secure and accurate delivery address.

Free standard shipping cannot be applied to previous purchases or gift cards and is non-redeemable for cash.
During peak holiday periods or high order volumes, shipping times may vary.
