30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the shipment date to return your item(s). To initiate a return, contact us at support@stayuthskincare.com with your order details.

  • Eligibility:
    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions: Items returned after 30 days, or products that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error, may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the product we will refund your order minus an $8.00 shipping fee within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only. For exchanges, email support@stayuthskincare.com with your order details.
